This community was established as a space for UK-based anarchists to write, share, and ultimately, proliferate anarchy to your neighbours by means of social media, word of mouth, and everything in between.

I discovered and continue to explore anarchist ideas through the medium of articles, essays, and books, and it is my belief that these mediums of information exchange, when written in a concise and substantive manner, are the most powerful methods of persuasion known to man, allowing the individual the time and space to develop and arrive at these conclusions on their own without compulsion — and mastery of the power of persuasion is something that anarchism is morally compelled to possess, which is not true of any other philosophy precisely because anarchism is the only philosophy that declares that force is out of the question.

Our American cousins have a cultural foothold in preserving and advancing the philosophy of self-ownership, peace, and freedom, and this tradition is sadly absent in our country: let’s do something about that!
